Construction - Fence Installation

Outdoor Construction Worker – Fence Installation ($18+/hr, Paid Training)
Lucius Fence & Decking
Location: New Riegel, OH

Are you dependable, hands-on, and ready to build a career in outdoor construction? Lucius Fence & Decking is hiring motivated individuals to join our fence installation crew. With over 35 years of experience serving Northwest Ohio, we take pride in delivering quality work and building a strong team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Install a variety of fencing including wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum, and netting
  • Set posts, pour concrete, and ensure all installations are level and secure
  • Measure and lay out fence lines accurately
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and post-driving equipment
  • Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

What We’re Looking For

  • Construction or fencing experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
  • Ability to lift 60lbs consistently
  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance
  • Willingness to learn and follow direction
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
