What You'll Do

As a Fence Installer/Laborer, you'll work alongside an experienced crew to install residential, commercial, and agricultural fencing.

Responsibilities include:

• Install wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum, and netting fences
• Measure, mark, and lay out fence lines accurately
• Dig post holes, set posts, and pour concrete
• Ensure fence installations are level, secure, and meet quality standards
• Load, unload, and transport fencing materials and equipment
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and post-driving equipment safely
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Work efficiently with team members to complete projects on schedule
• Provide professional service while representing the company at customer locations

What We're Looking For

• Construction, fencing, landscaping, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and be trained
• Ability to lift and carry 60+ pounds regularly
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Basic experience using hand and power tools is a plus
