Fence Installer

Fence Installer – Lucius Fence & Decking
Location: New Riegel, OH
Pay: $18/hr+ (based on verifiable experience)

Are you handy, dependable, and ready to help build amazing fences across Northwest Ohio? Lucius Fence & Decking is looking for motivated Fence Installers to join our growing crew! We’ve been putting up top-quality fences for over 35 years—and we know it takes great people to do great work.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Installing all kinds of fences: wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum, and netting
  • Setting posts, pouring concrete, and making sure everything is straight and level
  • Measuring and laying out fence lines like a pro
  • Using hand tools, power tools, and post-driving equipment safely
  • Hauling materials and tools to job sites
  • Working outdoors (warm or cold!)
  • Keeping the job site clean and organized
  • Communicating clearly with teammates and supervisors

What We’re Looking For

  • Fencing or construction experience preferred—but we’re happy to train the right person!
  • Able to lift 60 lbs consistently
  • Reliable transportation and solid attendance
  • Eager to learn, take direction, and crush it on the job
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
